Following the morning in person session you will have the opportunity to meet with your legislators.

As for the meeting request, here is a basic template that we used for NLC:
“Good Morning/Afternoon,
My name is _________ and I am a constituent of Rep./Sen. _____________. I am reaching out on behalf of myself and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) as we are hosting our annual Day on the Hill next week. That said, I am looking to set up a meeting with either Rep./Sen. ___________ or staff overseeing the financial services, labor, or tax portfolios to discuss issues important to our industries on (Date/Time range).
